Transforming Potential into Performance: Aspen property management has successfully acquired Renaissance by Marriott Atyrau.
Following the acquisition, our expert team initiated a comprehensive operational turnaround, implementing staff restructuring, process optimization, and efficiency improvements — achieving tangible progress even amid a challenging demand environment and strategic rebranding to Renaissance by Crystall to run it as independent standalone franchise.
We are in process of an ambitious redesign and refurbishment program to reposition the property as a cutting-edge hospitality destination, aligned with the highest international standards.

Gudauri project with Swissôtel
The project involves the continued development of the existing New Gudauri resort, located 115 km from the center of Tbilisi and 81 km from Vladikavkaz, at an elevation of 2,160 meters above sea level.
As part of the resort’s expansion, a Swissôtel-branded hotel is planned, strengthening the destination’s international positioning and enhancing its premium hospitality offering.
